On November 7th, the week before Thanksgiving Break, the Digital Art Club hosted an activity in collaboration with the Peddie's Cross Country Team to come up with a design for windbreakers for the team members to celebrate their efforts and results these pass and upcoming seasons. Ananya Hari '25, Nathan Kim '25, and Christopher Denson '24 were among the designers who volunteered to take on this challenge under the short time limit that is before the break starts. Nathan Kim's design was selected by the cross country teams' leaders, and will be printed out on all member's windbreaker after their return from the break.
Through these small projects, not only do we hope that members are able to engage more in the club's activities, but we also hope that as rising members of the Peddie community, you are given a chance to participate in the decision making process for the design - an important and sometimes underrated aspect of a brand/team, as well as learn more about the process for making digital art in and outside of the commercial world. Expect more activities, opportunities, and events from us in the upcoming winter and spring terms!
